CK-9 call out 2/15/2022 Charlotte Hall
CK-9 was called out by SMCSO 0840 Feb 15 2022 to search for a 71 y/o missing male in Charlotte Hall. We responded with 5 K-9s and 9 members. At approximately 1150 a happy find was made by our own Team Butters
Calvert K-9 Search Team is a Maryland Search and Rescue Team, using highly trained search dogs to find lost and missing people. Having met all the MD requirements and standards, we were accepted as part of the NRP/MSP led Maryland Search Team Task Force (MSTTF)

CK-9 was called out by SMCSO 0840 Feb 15 2022 to search for a 71 y/o missing male in Charlotte Hall. We responded with 5 K-9s and 9 members. At approximately 1150 a happy find was made by our own Team Butters
CK-9 called out 1330 7 Oct by Det Schline for a 79 YO missing man with dementia. We responded with 2 CK-9 dog teams. A sad find was made at 1830 that evening.
CK-9 Call Out by SMSO 1815 on Sat 28 Aug 2021 for a car accident victim bleeding who wandered into woods. We responded with 2 dog teams, 6 flankers and 1 Base OPS; plus a SARDOM dog team support. Search teams deployed in woods recalled later when police informed by witness they saw man get into another car and drive off the scene.
Thursday afternoon and Friday Morning CK-9 was called out by St. Mary's County Sherriff's Office to search for a missing 30-year-old man. We responded with 5 CK-9 dogs and 7 members on day 1 and 2 dogs and 5 members on day 2. We would also like to thank Search and Rescue Dogs of Maryland for working together with us to bring closure to the search event.
CK-9 deployed 5 Apr 2021 by SMSO at midnight with 6 SAR dogs to search to just before sunrise for two missing teenage boys. They were found alive and well the next day in another state Attached is a link showing our search team using Thermal Binocs during their search and encountering an opossum. https://youtu.be/k2DRFu85sy8.
